1. Booking Policy
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Reservation is considered confirmed only after payment of the booking amount mentioned for the specific trip/package.
Balance payment must be cleared by the due date shared in the itinerary/trip info.
2. Payment Terms
Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or other approved modes.
Booking amount/advance is *non-refundable*, unless specifically mentioned otherwise.
Any delay in balance payment may lead to automatic cancellation of the booking.
3. Pricing & Inclusions
Package cost includes only those components explicitly mentioned under “Inclusions”.
Any increase in taxes, permit fees, fuel charges, or government levies will be borne by the traveler.
Prices may change without prior notice in case of unforeseen cost fluctuations.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation charges vary from trip to trip and will be mentioned in the respective itinerary.
In case of “Non-Refundable” trips, *no refund* is applicable under any circumstances.
Refund processing time: *7–14 working days*, if applicable.
No refund for:
- No-show
- Late arrival
- Early departure
- Unused services
5. Trip Modifications
HG-LT reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, operational reasons, natural calamities, or safety concerns.
Alternate arrangements will be provided, but *no refund* will be processed for changes beyond our control.
6. Traveler Responsibility
Travelers must carry valid ID proof and required permits.
Any damage to property, vehicle, or accommodation caused by the traveler will be chargeable.
Travelers are expected to maintain group decorum and follow instructions of trip leaders/guides.
7. Health, Safety & Liability
HG-LT is not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss of belongings, natural disasters, or unforeseen incidents.
Travelers are advised to have personal travel/medical insurance.
Participation in adventure activities is at the traveler’s own risk.
8. Third-Party Services
Flights, trains, hotels, camps, and transport are operated by third-party vendors.
HG-LT is not liable for their delays, quality issues, or service shortcomings, but we will assist in resolving concerns.
9. Photography & Media
HG-LT may use trip photos/videos for promotional purposes unless a written request for exclusion is submitted.
10. Disputes & Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to *Delhi NCR jurisdiction* only.
11. Acceptance of T&C
By booking any trip with *Happy Go Lucky Trip (HGLT)*, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
